• A video looks wrong or failed

  Failed renders refund automatically. If a finished video looks off, tell us the date and what went wrong, and we will take a look.

• Billing and refunds

  Use the email on your Google account so we can find your purchase. Plans can be canceled anytime from Settings → Billing.

• Delete my data

  You can delete your account and every photo and video from Settings yourself, or ask us to do it.

• Creators and partnerships

  Running a page or an agency and want volume pricing? Tell us roughly how many videos a month.
